If a buyer returns an item, they must return it in the same conditions (Policy and condition for returns) in which they received it and must include all items that were in the original packaging.

If the returned item is used, damaged or missing parts, or damaged during return shipping because it was not packaged properly, some sellers may provide a partial refund to make up for the item’s loss in value.

Buyers may be responsible for the loss of value of the item if it is returned in a different condition than it was received, or if the item is not packaged securely to avoid damage during shipping. In the event that an item is returned used or damaged, some sellers may provide a partial refund to justify the loss of value of the item.

General return conditions the same or unaltered (not an exhaustive list):

• Unused, unaltered, undamaged, or with signs of use outside of the condition of the item listed or how it was received
• All parts and accessories must be intact.
• It must be returned with the original product packaging: boxes, UPC, bags, or any item used to wrap and protect the item.
• You must include all items that were included in the original package, such as cables, wires, remotes, manuals, warranty and refund cards, gifts, or bonus items.
• Items must have original tags, labels, and / or whatever attachments were originally included.

Collectibles and Fine Arts

1. It must include the certificates of authenticity, qualification or appraisal provided.
2. Items must not be removed from sealed packaging

Clothes and accessories

1. Items cannot appear washed or used
2. Items must have original tags
3. Sanitary liner cannot be removed from underwear
4. The item cannot be altered in any way
5. The item cannot be stained (dirt, makeup, food, etc.)

Food and drinks

1. Item must be unopened
2. The item must not be expired

Home & Garden

1. Vacuum sealed products must remain vacuum sealed
2. Must be drained of any fuel or liquid
3. If assembled, the item must be disassembled before returning.

We want GGE-Golden Gate Emporium to be a fair place to sell. To make GGE that place to sell, we hold our buyers to certain standards. When buyers don’t follow these standards, we take action on our buyers and protect our sellers.
