GGE-Golden Gate Emporium is a marketplace that allows users to offer, sell, and buy almost anything in a variety of location and price formats. The actual sales contract is directly between the seller and the buyer.

Any guidance that we provide as part of our Services, such as pricing, shipping, listing, and sourcing, is informational only and you may or may not decide to follow it. Furthermore, although we can help facilitate dispute resolution through various programs, GGE-Golden Gate Emporium does not control or guarantee: the existence, quality, safety or legality of the advertised items; the veracity or precision of the content or user lists; the ability of sellers to sell items; the ability of buyers to pay for the items; or that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction or return an item.

In connection with using or accessing the Services offered by GGE-Golden Gate Emporium, you agree to comply with this User Agreement, our policies, our terms, and all applicable laws, rules and regulations, and do not:

1. post, list or upload content or items in inappropriate categories or areas on our sites;
2. violate or circumvent any laws, regulations, rights of third parties or our systems, Services, policies or determinations of the status of your account;
3. use our Services if you are unable to enter into legally binding contracts (for example, if you are under the age of 18), or if your use of our Services is temporarily or indefinitely suspended, or you are a person with whom transactions are prohibited for economic reasons or commercial sanctions;

6. manipulate the price of any item or interfere with the lists of other users;
   post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory or libelous content;
7. take any action that may undermine feedback or rating systems.
8. transfer your GGE-Golden Gate Emporium account (including comments) and user ID to another party without our consent;
9. distribute or post spam, bulk or unsolicited electronic communications, chain letters, or pyramid schemes;
10. distribute viruses or any other technology that may harm GGE-Golden Gate Emporium, or the interests or property of users;
11. use any robot, spider, scraper, data mining tools, data collection and extraction tools or other automated means to access our Services for any purpose, except with the express prior permission of GGE-Golden Gate Emporium ;
12. interfere with the operation of our Services, such as placing an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;
13. export or re-export any GGE-Golden Gate Emporium application or tool, except in compliance with export control laws and the rules and policies of the relevant jurisdictions;
14. infringe the copyright, trademark, patent, publicity, morality, database and / or other intellectual property rights owned or licensed by GGE-Golden Gate Emporium. Compliance with standards, conditions and policies

Sellers must meet minimum performance standards otherwise, GGE- Golden Gate Emporium may charge you additional fees and / or limit, restrict, suspend or downgrade your seller account.
If we believe that you are abusing the Services provided by GGE- Golden Gate Emporium in any way, we may, at our sole discretion and without limiting other resources, limit, suspend or terminate your user account (s) and access to our Services, delay or remove hosted content, remove any special status associated with your account (s), remove, do not display and / or downgrade listings, reduce or remove any discounts, and take technical and / or legal measures to prevent use our Services.
If we believe that you are violating our policies prohibiting Offers to buy or sell outside of GGE- Golden Gate Emporium, you may be subject to a number of actions, including limits on your buying and selling privileges, restrictions on listings and features of account, suspension of your account, request for fees and recovery of expenses for monitoring and application of policies. If you are a seller and offer or reference your contact information or ask a buyer for their contact information in the context of a purchase or sale outside of GGE- Golden Gate Emporium, you may be required to pay a value fee final applicable to that item, even if the item is not sold.

We may cancel unconfirmed accounts or accounts that have been inactive for a considerable period of time. In addition, we reserve the right to refuse, modify or cancel all or part of our Services to anyone for any reason at our discretion.
